Byrd Development provides a variety of consulting services to law firms and their clients. For example, in the past year Owen Byrd has performed land use analysis, project entitlement, CEQA review and expert witness services.

In addition, Byrd Development has assisted development companies from outside the Bay Area in establishing partnerships with appropriate local developers to pursue projects in Silicon Valley.
