Our focus on substantially increasing property value makes our property management services unique.
Byrd Development manages properties -- our client’s and our own -- to achieve two goals:
• Increase owner income
• Decrease owner expenses and headaches
We achieve the first goal by careful tenant selection and relationship management, the second by using third-party service providers that we know and trust.
But to substantially increase property value, we have to do more. We create and implement plans to prepare property for re-development. This process can include site due diligence, environmental cleanup, title review, rezoning, appraisal, refinancing, pre-marketing and other value-added management activities.
Because we focus on adding value, we specialize in under-performing properties with structures nearing the end of their life-cycles. Our experienced staff currently manage residential, retail, food service, professional office, warehouse and industrial properties.
